REV is a brand-new subscription platform designed to redefine your driving experience in the UAE. You can now enjoy driving a luxury vehicle with the added benefit of exchanging or upgrading every year, including Range Rover, Defender and Jaguar, all for a single monthly fee that includes insurance, road tax, and servicing.

Yes, there are certain restrictions, including:

● No off-roading
● Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle
● The vehicle cannot be used for hire or reward purposes

Currently, our subscription service is exclusively available within the UAE. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend our offerings outside the UAE at this time.

Our customer support team is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday. For emergency support outside these hours, please call our helpline, and you'll be directed to a third-party service provider who can assist you. Vehicle deliveries are scheduled on weekdays only, with no deliveries available on weekends or public holidays.

REV vehicles are intended for personal, social, and commuting use only. If you need a vehicle specifically for business purposes or have questions about eligibility, please reach out to our team for assistance.

Once you schedule your vehicle delivery, you’ll receive a notification the afternoon before with the expected arrival time of our driver. Upon delivery, the driver will conduct a thorough inspection and provide a detailed walkthrough of the vehicle. If your vehicle is due for collection, you’ll receive clear instructions from the REV team. During collection, the driver will inspect the vehicle to assess its condition before returning it to our facility for further checks.

To become a member, simply submit an inquiry through our website. Our team will reach out to explain how REV works, answer your questions, and help you determine if it fits your needs. We’ll also guide you through the onboarding process and provide information on vehicle availability.

The membership approval process includes:

● Credit check

Delivery lead times can vary based on your vehicle preferences and availability within our fleet. Once you provide your preferences and desired timeframe, we’ll offer suitable options tailored to your needs. Please keep in mind that specific models may have longer lead times. If you need a vehicle quickly, considering various models and fuel types can help expedite the process.

Your vehicle subscription includes a mileage allowance of 2,500 kilometers per month, which totals 30,000 kilometers per year. Mileage is pro-rated from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not offer rebates for any unused mileage within your allowance.

The vehicles in our REV fleet vary from brand new with minimal mileage to refreshed models up to 12 months old. Depending on your preferences and availability, our team will help you explore the options. All vehicles in our fleet are under three years old and are covered by Jaguar or Land Rover’s standard warranty throughout your subscription.

Modifying or installing additional features on our vehicles is not permitted. If you have specific requirements or need information about available features, please reach out to the REV team, and we can advise you on what’s possible. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of additional specifications or features, as options are subject to fleet availability.

REV does not provide accessories, so internal items like child seats will need to be sourced independently. If you’re interested in adding external accessories such as bike racks or tow bars, please consult the REV team for guidance on what is permitted. Using accessories without prior approval may incur additional charges, but we are here to assist you with your accessory needs.

We cannot guarantee specific or additional features, as these would need to be specified at the point of build. Our REV experts can provide guidance on the features currently available for our vehicles.

No, vehicles from REV are not available for purchase. All vehicles in our fleet are exclusively for subscription.

If you lose your primary key, please notify us right away for assistance. You may also need to report the loss to the police and obtain a crime reference number for insurance purposes. We, or our insurer if you are under our insurance, will guide you through obtaining a new key, which may involve recovering your vehicle and taking it to a designated repairer. Please be aware that an insurance excess may apply. Once completed, you will receive your new primary key, and we will securely retain the spare key. Note that Pivotal vehicles come with only one key for security and insurance reasons.

Yes, all REV subscriptions come with Jaguar or Land Rover Roadside Assistance. This service is available 24/7, 365 days a year. You can find the relevant contact numbers in our Membership Guide.

If you experience a breakdown while on the road, please contact us immediately. Our Roadside Assistance team will help you and either resolve the issue on-site or arrange for your vehicle to be recovered for inspection. As part of your REV subscription, we aim to provide a temporary vehicle within 48 hours while your vehicle is being repaired. Please remember that you are still responsible for your monthly subscription fee during this time to maintain eligibility for assistance and support.

If your REV vehicle encounters any issues or defects during your subscription, our priority is to resolve it as quickly as possible. Start by contacting Roadside Assistance, then inform our Vehicle Support team, who will guide you through the process. If the issue affects the vehicle’s safety or security, we will arrange for its recovery and may provide a temporary replacement vehicle. Please note that you remain responsible for your monthly subscription fee while we work to resolve the issue, ensuring you retain access to support and temporary solutions.
